Production Times
- Production times are stated on each product listing.
- During busy periods or holidays, production may take longer. In such cases, notifications will be placed on the homepage of our website.
- There may also be slight delays due to seasonal changes, order volume, or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
- We offer two delivery options:
- Tracked 24 (aimed at next working day delivery)
- Tracked 48 (aimed at 2–3 working days)
- You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.
Delays & Liability
Late Delivery Liability: When our carriers are seasonally busy or during postal strikes or additional economic issues, delivery times can be extended. For all delivery delays outside of our control, we are unable to accept liability and cannot offer a refund of shipping costs where charges have been incurred by us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
If you’re using Apple Pay or Google Pay, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Express Dispatch (In Stock Now Items)
- Products marked as “In Stock Now” may be dispatched on the next working day if your order is placed before 2:00 PM.
- Excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.
Free Local Pickup – Basingstoke
We offer free local pickup from Basingstoke. Please contact us in advance at shop@soapbouquets.uk or use the contact form on our Contacts page to arrange collection.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your order, not the order value.
Useful Information: Even if your order is of low monetary value, heavier products may incur higher shipping costs. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by entering your postcode on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.
Returns, Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- If items arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos if applicable.
- We can only issue replacements for damaged items with photo evidence.
- Do not dispose of damaged goods, as we may need to collect them to process your replacement or refund.
- Refunds for transit damage will only be issued for affected items, not for the full order.
- We do not cover damage that occurs after delivery.
